Custom welding, fabrication, and metalwork for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Gas-shielded welding for carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. Ideal for structural steelwork, vehicle repairs, pipe joints, and production line fabrication. We use Fronius and Kemppi equipment for consistent, high-quality welds.
Precision TIG welding for thin-wall stainless steel, aluminium, and exotic alloys. Food-grade sanitary welds, exhaust systems, and artistic metalwork. Our TIG welders hold EN ISO 9606-1 qualifications for critical applications.
Design and fabrication of structural steel: mezzanine floors, staircases, platforms, balustrades, and building frames. EN 1090-2 certified for execution class EXC2. Shop drawings and calculations provided as standard.
Custom gates, fences, railings, and security grilles in steel and wrought iron. Automated sliding and swing gate systems. Powder-coated or hot-dip galvanised finish. Residential and commercial — from ornamental to industrial security.
Repair welding on broken machinery parts, cracked frames, worn shafts, and damaged tooling. Cast iron, hardened steel, and dissimilar metals. On-site mobile welding available for items that can't be transported to our workshop.
CNC plasma and laser cutting up to 25mm steel. CNC bending up to 3m length. Full sheet metal fabrication from cut to finished product. Small batch and prototype runs welcome. CAD/CAM files accepted.
